Education is the key e.V.
Educational perspectives for children from small communities in Kenya

The word HARAMBEE in the Swahili language means: "Let's pull together!". This word expresses the concept of working together in an ideal of proactive, generous and selfless cooperation!

Under this principle, the villagers of Garithe have built the school "Bahari ya kati" in the simplest way possible. Let's learn from our Kenyan friends and contribute together to finance the reconstruction of this school through donations and/or membership fees. Therefore, we'll be giving children from poor families access to quality education!

We should stop being distracted by our own pleasant lives. If our present generation does not succeed in thinking globally, we will leave our children and our children's children with unsolvable tasks (Citation of the Dalai Lama in the book "Compassion and Wisdom").
